Our Heritage & History

Founded in 1907 by local farmers, the Wyong Milk Factory was an important hub for butter and milk production, supporting the region’s agricultural growth and community.

Our Story

The original factory was destroyed by fire in 1921 but was quickly rebuilt as a modern milk bottling facility. Over the decades, it expanded, introduced refrigerated transport, and served as a cornerstone of local industry.

Today

Now restored, the Milk Factory preserves its heritage while housing local businesses, a café and tavern, artisan shops, and family-friendly activities. Visitors can enjoy food, shopping, and events in a historic setting along the Wyong River.
